Not necessarily. We use professional dust-control equipment with an integrated vacuum and HEPA filtration system to keep the process as clean as possible.
It depends on the size and complexity of the project. As a general guideline, a furnished 1,000 sq. ft. home typically takes around 5–6 days. Larger homes require more time.
We’re often booked one to six weeks in advance, but we always do our best to accommodate urgent projects whenever possible.

Skim coating is the process of applying drywall compound across the entire ceiling surface from corner to corner to create a smooth, uniform finish. It’s also commonly referred to as full skim coating or Level 5 finishing.

Many homeowners choose this upgrade before selling because smooth ceilings improve the overall appearance and appeal of the property.
